Hi I'm Emily..

Our body is in the driver seat and we are a passenger. Many spiritual paths teach otherwise which is why I started to *roll my eyes a bit at this growing “industry” and I’ll tell you why…

When you let your body lead = pleasure, beauty, relational connection.

When you bypass the Body - for me, that’s when I had more achievements (perhaps), ticked lists and things that I "wanted". But I didn’t necessarily FEEL good doing them.

The body will tell you:

- what you have capacity for,

- what’s good for you (not what you think is good for you),

- what you actually want not what you’ve learned to desire (sexually, romantically, in jobs, friendships or health)

and your body communicates with you through your EMOTIONS.

Emotions are felt NOT thought..and it’s time for some emotional upgrades.

1. Upgrade trust in your body.

So when it automatically prompts you to clean and clears emotions, you let it.

So that you're more able to easily to identify what you're feeling accurately.

So you follow it more and fight it less - this is what actually leads to being 'present'.

2. Upgrade your capacity for pleasure.

So you let yourself be the vibrant and fully joyful (without fear of vampiric people).

So you don't delay what lights you up or stick to things that other people like to do to please them (this is people pleasers rehab) Note: your life is about YOU.

3. Upgrade your ability to feel pain.

So that you can assimilate past challenges you've been through but still hurt.

We all have untouched pockets of pain that are scary to look at without the right resources and people doing it with you.

4. Upgrade your relationships.

So that we can stop over-analysing people and accept or shift them out.

So we can be emotional, excited, in love, giving (but not over giving), respected and open to connection with others in every mood or season that we are in.

No more hiding behind labels of "I’m an introvert", shy or "too sensitive."

This is a cry for women to stand the f&ck up, to grab hands and to step forward into the identity of being powerfully sensitive women who LOVE hard and allow themselves to be insanely loved too.

I’ve begun to heal my issues with rejection/abandonment as I’m working with these parts to not abandon them and therefore myself. Through this work I’ve also built a deeper relationship with my adult or higher self and this part of me is able to come online more.

Using IFS I have found it easier to get to the core issue as I’m directly speaking to a part, am able to build trust and I always feel relief and a lightness in my body after this practice.

I have learned to to pay attention to what my heart is telling me/focusing on.

THE PARTICULARS - WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE WORKSHOP

Information & Specific Skills for Women

Sensitive women feel everything so deeply. Often we overthink and explain our way through emotional hiccups without understanding what is really happening. It is incredibly common to have "coping" mechanisms to dull emotions (sensitivity) like eating disorders, body dysmorphia, anxiety, over-giving / keeping extremely busy (hello tick-lists) and so on..

To fully feel our emotions is a skill that requires a strong body and mind, the ability to be with pleasure AND pain links into our ability to embody healthy masculine and feminine energy too. I'm guessing that was never explained to you in school or by your parents?

We're in an era now where women are stepping into their emotions as a powerful guide for themselves and other. This is what creates authentic relationships, life satisfaction and deep intimacy. This workshop is about building confidence and repairing your relationship with your own emotions - so you can stop collapsing and coping, instead just be the real you.

There's a saying "when someone asks you to stop being so sensitive, they're asking you to stop being yourself".

The Timing (Hello, Virgo here... I need to know this stuff)

Start:

Monday 12th January 6PM (AEST - Brisbane)

8AM BST (London)

You can check your timezone here and also a replay will be available (but you won't get the 1:1 coaching on that, obviously)

Duration of the content (2-3hours):

- About 15 minutes intro, setting the space and doing some starting grounding sequences so we can all sync and be open to hear what you need.

- Approx. 90 minutes of content on the 4 key topics listed above (get your pen and journal for this).

- A little breathing space and a short (but hella potent) practice.

- About 5-10 minutes of detail if you want to work together post-workshop.

- Then Q&A and coaching, Now << this part I estimate to be 60 minutes depending on how many women sign up and want that 1:1 time to work on something. BUT I am willing to stay on the call as long as I need to (you can log off whenever you're ready).

Cost:

$67 aud or included in the school for sensitive women.

Through the workshop if questions arise of you feel a mirror to your soul (this will most likely happen)..jot down what's happening for you. The last hour or more will be dedicated to answering these questions or triggers.

If you are willing, you can jump on and I'll pin you so we can work 1:1 and talk through it together. You can also just type your q&a in the chat. Depends how deep you want to go together. I'm here for all of it.
