Welcome To The Blog
It is my desire that through parts of me and this blog that parts of you that lay dormant can activate and be welcome back into your life.
The result equals feeling more whole, having more access to your own energy. That shit is healing.
The primary feminine wound is feeling like you are TOO MUCH. Usually, it's emotionally.
There's a feeling that if you showed the fullness of your emotions you would be rejected -- eg. how sad, elated or angry you truly are.
As sensitive women, we feel deeply and intensely.
Living in a masculine-orientated society means a level of suppression is required to 'get on with it' and keep people close.
Learn more about this in Emotional Literacy Class Pack. Click Here.
With suppression comes a deep desire to be loved for who you are.
There comes a time when we all must turn inwards and take responsibility for how we show up in the world.
What emotions do you show easily? Which ones do you hide?
Unfortunately, most of us have been let down and it feels safer to dilute emotionally. I get it.
-- and even that sentence implies that you are choosing to do it.
Most of the time it’s not a choice. It’s a protective reaction from your body.
When healing knocks.. (hello..now) we get to up-skill, face our true selves, and change our reality.
There is no limit to our ability to emote + feel.
You are not too much.
Your feelings are not too much.
Experience that in the school as we unpack emotional literacy: the ability to interpret the language of emotion.
I love you for who you are. That's why I provide resources for you to feel safe in your body, steady in your emotions, and strengthen your intuition.
To access these resources and more, I'd love for you to join us inside the School For Sensitive Women.
