Our body's are just the most extra-ordinary things. They influence and guide us so much in this life but often we don't know how to listen to that guidance.
We are so used to gaslighting ourselves and handing over authority to the mind.
Over time this creates adaptations of who we are and many of us turn to the health industry for guidance. Detoxing, losing weight, different ways of exercise or dieting to change our body to feel better so in turn we feel better.
It is not those actions which are causing harm. It is our relationship with them, our motivations/emotional drivers and ideas of what will happen if we achieve XYZ.
We need to change the relationship with changing our body.
