2-Hour Transition to Spring Dance Journey

We dance because life moves us. When we don’t move with it, we can feel stuck, heavy, or closed off. During the colder months, many of us notice tension building in our bodies, waiting for the warmth of Spring to soften and release what has been held.

In this practice, we explore movement as a way of thawing. You will be guided to notice where your body feels rigid or frozen and to let movement gently bring awareness there. This isn’t about following steps or looking a certain way. It’s about listening closely to what your body wants to express.

As we move, we open space for emotions to surface. The practice gives you time to feel what is present and to release through dance which is grounding and deeply supportive for sensitive women who hold a lot inside.

The session is held online and runs for two hours. You’ll have time to arrive, settle, move, and rest.

The structure is spacious, with clear invitations to guide you, while leaving room for your own body to lead. You don’t need experience with dance, only curiosity to move and feel.

This workshop takes place on: Tuesday 16th September, 6-8pm AEST (Brisbane).

It’s part of the School for Sensitive Women or you can join as a once off for 27 AUD.
