Diets are extra sneaky these days sold as 'lifestyle changes' and 'healthy meal plans' but the message remains the same: Your body needs to change to be acceptable.

We're expected to do-it-all, smile and make it look effortless.

Politeness, people-pleasing, positivity and poise. There are many labels for women who don't follow these rules: snob, crazy, time-of-the-month-ing (to name a few).

When asked what they need most women think they don't know.

We can be so busy looking after others and just making ends meet that we don't even know what our true needs are. Connection? Rest? Better friendships?

THE BACKSTORY

I was inspired to create this by all the incredible women I've worked with that thought they weren't pretty enough, thin enough, smart enough or strong enough...until we proved that to just not be true.

I grew up scared to gain weight, to laugh loudly, to say no and scared of what would happen if I wasn't scared. I developed binge eating disorder which kept me feeling small. I was so focussed on losing weight and being like others. It was exhausting.

There were many stages to my recovery but one crucial point was learning I was so wrapped up in self-loathing I couldn't see clearly. No wonder I felt like I was stuck, I was brought up to be stuck (thanks to the old definition of woman). Once I knew this, I began to unpack what it meant to be a Woman to me, unhook from what I'd been sold and break the cycle. This is what I want for all Women.

Your content is laid out in an easy-to-navigate format in the membership site. Once you login it's just a matter of watching each tutorial and completing each practice one at a time. Simple.

How much time do I need to set aside to get the most out of this?

Each lesson is around 60 minutes and I would advise watching it all in one go. However, this is your course and if you need to break it up the go for it! There are also 6 rituals and writing practices to complete which could take you from 5-30 minutes depending on how much you're into them.

How quickly would you advise I move through the program?

In order for you to get the most out of this program it's important to follow your own energy. For some, moving quickly will feel exciting and natural. Others might want to spend more time repeating a practice or letting the lessons sink in before moving on. It's important to make it work for you. As long as you're making some progress and completing the practices then you are right on time.

Do you allow cancellations or refunds?

The commitment is to pay for this program in full and complete it in your own time. This is not a subscription based product and payment is not dependent on if you complete the course.

What if I need more support than provided or have trouble completing the program?

I am here. You can contact me anytime at [email protected] with any questions. Some people are geared to self-study and some people need that personal connection with the coach or someone else to do it with them. If you need something deeper I have other courses or private sessions to support you.
