A little piece of me and the School For Sensitive Women.

Today I want to talk about Jodie and some of the women from the School for Sensitive Women.
Jodie (Adelaide, Kinesiologist) has been showing up to live sessions consistently for about 9 months but when we first spoke she was SO apprehensive about joining the school. Because = She had DONE. IT. ALL.
Jodie's words..
I've been doing inner work for nearly 20 years. I wouldn't have joined if I didn't realise the importance of relational experience. I have great girlfriends who are mighty spiritual, yet I didn't have a dedicated space/community to practice this work.
The impact the tools are having in my life:
1. I'm not flopping like a melting ice block feeling drained anymore, I stand up taller which makes me feel strong.
2. I have awareness on how to prevent my energy going out to people who I don't want it to. I didn't realise how much of an empath I actually was!
3. Now I have more ability to question my rigid voice and instead choose opportunities to bring in playfulness, which is 100% my desire.
4. I've also stopped ruminating as much and feel like I have more space for my intuition to show up.
Practising the skills I've already been developing with other women helps you show up in your day to day life and relationships outside the school more easily.
As you say, it really does change your life sweetly. Thank you for doing what you do. - J
If you're a i've-tried-it-all woman like Jodie, I've got you. I promise. I hear this SO often.
In fact here are some other sweet words from our intimate group:
I feel like I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be. Knowing I have a place where I feel understood without even try to explain myself it's a HUGE relief and it is SO empowering. Thank you for creating a space allows me to be vulnerable and overcome my fears with trust. - Elena Caputo
It's mind-blowing to hear myself being explained so well. I love everything about the school and what you teach. The curriculum is perfect and love seeing progress in myself that falls down to my boys too, it's awesome. I’m really grateful. I love it. - Jamie Sim
I feel honoured to be part of the sensitive school for women. A trusted space for expression, to feel safe, to feel heard, to feel validated and to feel like we all matter. At the end of the day, no matter what we have or haven’t done, we are all worthy of love. - Andi Boyce
I love the consistency - there’s enough that I don’t feel pressure but it still holds me in a rhythm I can return to. This is the first space I’ve felt like the commitment comes from me, not from obligation, because I spent money or for my kids. It’s because I want to pour into myself. - Cerys Wilson
It was a spectacular session last night. Thank you so much. I would love to share with you, the positive impact you are having…… You named a part of me yesterday that is a part of me that has driven so much in my life, yet, because I couldn’t access the word isolation, I couldn’t connect to that painful part. The work you do is AMAZING! From the bottom, the top, the back and the middle of my heart…….Thank you! - Anna Page
I feel like the school needed a bragging post, but less of me and more of the women's experiences. So here it is. I hope this rests your heart and gives you the knowing you were searching for to join us.
There is a lifetime membership (so you are ALWAYS part of this sisterhood and have somewhere to go)
or course by course enrolment options.
