Your emotions are (often misunderstood) signals, stories, and invitations. When you give them space, they bring you closer to yourself instead of weighing you down.
This workshop series is designed to help you feel, understand, and honor your emotions so you can move through life with more clarity and ease.
Together we’ll explore how unprocessed emotions shape the way you show up in your choices, relationships, and daily life. You’ll learn practices to meet grief, anger, and relational hurt in ways that restore your energy instead of draining it.
We’ll also look at patterns like people-pleasing, emotional reactivity, and self-doubt (and how to release them).
These workshops give you a full toolkit for emotional literacy. You’ll begin with the Foundations of Emotional Awareness before moving into sessions on Anger, Grief + Relational Hurt. Practices like Planting Seeds for Healthy Anger and Gifting Your Grief Back to the Earth guide you to meet and release what you’ve been carrying.
Body-based practices support this process. Through yin movement sessions like Open Your Capacity to Receive More Emotion, you’ll soften into the body and allow emotions to move through. You’ll also work with energy directly in Grounding Your Body & Releasing Energy, as well as in the journaling session Your Energy, Your Story.
